No pulling exercises?
Barely has any pulling exercises. If you know anything about shoulder health youll know that you need balance to keep the shoulders healthy and to help prevent shoulder repair surgery years later. This app is 90% pushing and the actual back exercises are done on your stomach in the "superman" fashion. Theres no resistance with the resistance band for your back and what is there is not even close to balancing out the amount of pushing you do. Its sad. Couldve been a great app.
