Great add to routine

Added this training to my regular routine on light days and as a finisher to my workouts. Great app for mobility, balance and flexibility.

What happened ?

I use to LOVE this application. I tried so many fitness apps and this one is the best I know. I like the adaptation depending of your fitness level. Now, the reason why I give it a 1 star is because the application doesnt work anymore. It freezes, the video lag or the touch screen is just not responding anymore. I tried to contact the support but I did not receive any answer. I dont think GSP would be happy to know that his application is useless now. I also deleted the app many times but it is still the same problem. I use an ipad with ios 10.

The best app for the best

Workouts are very demanding but its work great for you. There is worth the price.

Nearly perfect

I have one single objection to this magnificent and useful app: exercises that require a second person to be executed (45 degree push up or handstand push up). Please remove them now. If I had a person to help out Id be in a gym, not at home working out. For the rest the app is simply well done, adaptive, motivating and intense. Almost a five star (just remove those exercises and Ill rate if 5!)

Absolutely love the app! I even got my wife to start using it. I follow GSP and Dr. John Berardi so I know this is all quality information and exercises.

Excellent for all comers

As someone just getting into real exercise and fitness, this app is wonderful. As a long time UFC fan, the draw of GSP was good enough. However, the depth of tutorials on all subjects is wonderful.

Offers different types of workouts

Unclear how to setup a program, but the preview and workouts are awesome.

No pulling exercises?

Barely has any pulling exercises. If you know anything about shoulder health youll know that you need balance to keep the shoulders healthy and to help prevent shoulder repair surgery years later. This app is 90% pushing and the actual back exercises are done on your stomach in the "superman" fashion. Theres no resistance with the resistance band for your back and what is there is not even close to balancing out the amount of pushing you do. Its sad. Couldve been a great app.

Great workout app that does exactly what it says

The Touchfit app from GSP is a great app. I like the videos and descriptions that help you understand and see exactly what you should be doing and tells you how to do it. I appreciate the little hints and verbal cues that Georges gives you while you exercise. Theres also great nutritional info and more on the app. Im not 100% sold on the workouts and exercises for my individual purposes, but I like it and would recommend it to others.

Who needs a gym?

Awesome workouts without the need of equipment.

What a waste of money!

Its hurried, very curt and short instruction and not very good instruction. I couldnt pause the video using my iPhone. Save your $5. You wont want to sign up for more.

Great app, minor glitches

Great overall, but several exercises do not load the preview video during the workout. (Circa this morning)

Worth every penny

My two main problems when it comes to working out regularly are: 1. I get bored pretty quickly doing the same exercises every day or every other day 2. If the workouts are too long, Ill get discouraged or intimidated if Im ever tired or had a long day. And once I skip a day, its too easy to skip another day and another day until, before I know it, Im eating a whole pie in front of the TV to try to drown my guilt. Enter TouchFit GSP! Workouts are different every day. Theyre personalized based on info you enter after each exercise. And the customization never stops, so the app grows with you. You can choose between 10-, 20-, 40-, and 60-minute workouts so you can never say that youre too tired or dont have enough time. Youll always have at least ten minutes. Im actually sick today, but I was able to finish a 10-minute workout. Being sick isnt gonna throw me off my game! Theres a great variety of exercises, and they seem to know just how to challenge you. Ive been using this app for almost three weeks now, and Im so surprised at how much stronger and more flexible I am already. Great app; glad I bought it!!
