Excellent workout program. Uses body weight instead of free weights. Different work out every day based on your ability! The best out there. I just wish they added a 30 minute workout to their options

Phenomenal workout design for someone without a total gym in their home this is the perfect app to get your morning workout done. I head about the app on Able James Fat Burning Man podcast and it sounded perfect for my goals.

Finally a completely full workout program with out in app purchases also u need a stretchy band for some of the workouts

It adjusts the difficulty of the workout to get the best workout for your fitness level.

For a smaller price then rush fit, I can have a wonderful workout app on my phone and I love it. I loved it when I was working out 7 days a week and I love it now that I dont have that much time. Its nice to get back into working out and GSP has helped so much!

Love the workouts and the app. I got it when the app first came out and have been using it ver since. However, i had it on ipad, and it worked great. It was synced to facebook too. Then recently put it on iphone, and it deleted all of my data and will not sync across devices. So props for the app, but dont get it for its ability to sync or for customer service!
