Love it!

I now start several mornings a week with a 10 minute workout. I absolutely love my new routine!

Gym without the gym

I purchased the Rushfit series a while back and it is a solid base I built on. This app is just as solid. You can choose your amount of time you can work out and a plethora of exercises are thrown together to give you the burn of your life. The best part is fitness levels dont matter. Once you honestly answer the test workout you are on your way. GSP got it right again. Recommended for anyone with a full schedule trying to get that deep workout.

Amazing

Im starting to use this app more often its like a personal trainer. It knows if its to easy or to hard and by know that they balance the way you work out each work out is not to easy and not to hard that ur not able to not do the work out. Its in the middle you will struggle and that what makes you stronger and the stronger you are and the more effort and time you put the more harder it is to complete your challenge.One more thing I got to say to improve the app is that you should let the user know what work out is targeting the muscle.like for example crunches workout. In the video their should be a animation or symbol that shows that the work out your doing is targeting the area thats helping you improve in. Also their should be a chart that tell you what improvements you need in your body,what work outs are to easy what body section are you mostly good at.the chart should help you understand more what you need to focused on more also will help you get a balance body structure.so the point is the to have a valence structure.so please add these things this will be very helpful for all of us users.we need something to keep our information and data of our work outs and our body structure. I would appreciate it so much and hope you will improve and succeed.of making the app better

No More Excuses

The gym is out of the way. You have no time for workouts. You dont want to go to the gym because youre embarrassed by your current state. Enough is enough, cupcake. No more excuses. This app is all you need to make a REAL difference with your body. Just starting out? Go with 20 minutes, 3 times a week. Build up from there. You wont only improve your body, but also your balance (i.e. I mean your actual balance, not that spiritual-y one), mental well-being, ability to sleep... the list goes on. Im a fitness expert; lots of years of working out (properly). GSP and co. did an awesome job with this.

Pretty good

Good movement, balance and body weight based workout. Could use a little more intensity, but Ive only used it twice; the app is supposed to learn from your workouts and adjust accordingly. Will update this review after a few more workouts.

Great app

As advertised.

No Excuse

I used to do RushFit and had great success. Now I have limited time and space and this app is perfect. 10, 20, 40 minute workouts with no to little equipment required. Well worth the money

Working fitness app

Its plyometrics, simply done. The video keeps playing on pause so you can learn the move and continue. Moves are easy to follow, better broadcast to TV

The best of many, many I’ve tried

I’m rating this app primarily on (a) how I feel after the workout, and (b) how quickly I’m improving in my fitness goals. On the first one, I feel great. Very well worked but not over-worked, and including muscles that don’t get worked with the other apps. This app has become an important part of my day, one I actually *look forward to*. Can you believe that? And as for (b) the answer would be, very quickly. At 51 I am as fit as I’ve been since maybe my 20’s. I had 4 pages worth of exercise apps on my iPhone, many were excellent. Gradually I’ve pruned it down to just this one, because, workout-per-workout, this one’s better.

Good for on the go, and Monday mix up at home. Cant replace the gym, but great for maintaining, adding too or gaining cardiovascular strength.

Fantastic on the go or just plain tough work out

I work odd and long hours as a paramedic. Physical fitness is very important and necessary for me. I have multiple apps which all get the job done, as far as work outs go. This GSP app, by far, gives the best overall work out and keeps things interesting with such a wide variety of exercises. Im already in decent shape. Still, I feel ultimately challenged by the work outs presented to me here. I get nothing for my statement and I am a real person who really trains with this app. Its inexpensive and will be priceless as far as your health and wellbeing goes. Do this for yourself and the ones who care and look up to you.

Literally the best, most complete workout app Ive ever encountered. Regardless of fitness level this app has something to offer to you. Im already down five pounds and I can already feel the results. Thank you GSP and the team behind the app for giving me the opportunity to get healthy.

Wow!

In 10 minutes, I was dripping sweat. Im a former college basketball player, and have been looking for something to really get my heart rate going, but also build some muscle. This app is incredible! There really arent any excuses...set the time, and let the sweat begin!

Great workouts

The workouts are great but I have a few complaints. 1) theres no landscape mode which would be great when connected to a TV. 2) theres a problem with the audio, if you play music you cant hear the prompts. 3) theres not enough time to set up for the next move, by the time you get in position you miss most of the set. 4) and it would be nice to have an option to download the video files for those of us that dont have Internet service all the time.
